NOTICE

After a 207 to 128 defeat by

Lake Twp voters.

The Lake Twp Board and Chandler Twp Boards have been notified by an attorney representing some Lake Twp landowners that they are seeking a conditional transfer of their property from Lake Twp to Chandler Twp to allow the development of wind energy. This type of transfer is allowed based upon PA 425 of 1984. The Boards have been asked to consider this possibility at their next board meetings.
