10% renewable energy requirement by 2015

Note the paragraph re. the MPSC approval for DTE to spend $1 mill on R & D for offshore wind.  I would be willing to bet that DTE's offshore projects will not be over on Lake Michigan.  Look at where most of their land based projects are located.  As Rick James said in 2008, once they have them in the thumb on land, the lake will be next.
