UPPER THUMB — ITCTransmission officials on
Thursday told the Tribune land agents should be in Huron County within
the next couple of weeks to meet with landowners along the Thumb Loop
route.
“The first step is what we call right of entry, and this is where we
have a preliminary agreement with the landowner to give us permission to
come in and do several things,” said Joe Kirik, ITCTransmission senior
capital communications specialist. “... But it’s basically to finish
our survey work, if any more needs to be done.” More....
